6A. Returns, Claims and Proof Requirements

For products purchased through or supplied by EcomBridge Solutions, including products sold on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or any other ecommerce platform, the following conditions shall apply:

  1. No return, replacement, refund, shortage claim, damage claim, wrong product claim, or transit damage claim shall be accepted unless the customer provides a clear and uninterrupted video recording of the complete unboxing process.
  2. The video must:
    • Begin before the package is opened;
    • Clearly show the shipping label and package condition;
    • Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts, edits, pauses, or interruptions; and
    • Clearly display the alleged issue, including any missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  3. Failure to provide such unboxing video evidence may result in rejection of any return, replacement, refund, or compensation request at our sole discretion.
  4. This requirement applies equally to:
    • Orders placed directly through the Platform;
    • Orders fulfilled on behalf of customers;
    • Orders placed for fulfillment of sales made through Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or any other marketplace; and
    • Any business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) transactions facilitated by EcomBridge Solutions.
  5. By purchasing products or using our fulfillment services, you acknowledge and agree to this proof requirement as a mandatory condition for processing any return, replacement, refund, shortage, damage, or related claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, text, graphics, logos, designs, layout, interface elements, and other components of the Platform and Services are owned by or licensed to EcomBridge Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted in writing, nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Platform, Services, or related intellectual property.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, security, or practices of any third-party website or service.

  • uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Platform; or
  • the fitness of the Services for any particular purpose.

You acknowledge that your use of the Platform and Services is at your sole risk and discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EcomBridge Solutions, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with:

  • your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services;
  • any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
  • any third-party content, services, or conduct; or
  • any errors, interruptions, delays, or security incidents.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount actually paid by you to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event, unless otherwise required by law.
